Stable visitor and IP hashes are pseudonymous personal data, not anonymous data, and follow export, retention, and deletion controls. Payment credentials remain with PayPal. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest.

Controls

Workspace owners can configure conversation, lead, and operational retention, export tenant data, delete individual conversations, and schedule account deletion. Primary stores are purged on completion and encrypted backups expire within seven days. Customer data is not used to train conversational models by AI in Website.
