How do I know it won't make things up?

Because it can't answer from imagination. Replies are generated only from content you've reviewed and approved, retrieved with hybrid vector search, and each answer cites the page it came from. If your content doesn't cover a question, the assistant says so instead of inventing an answer.

Is my data — and my customers' data — safe?

Every account is strictly isolated from every other, store credentials are encrypted, and sensitive actions are written to immutable audit logs. Widget sessions are signed and bound to your domain, and payment details are handled entirely by PayPal — no card details ever touch AI in Website.

How long does setup take?

Three steps: connect your site, approve the content the crawler found, and paste one script tag. There's no code to write beyond the embed, and no model training on your side — most of the "work" is you reviewing what the assistant is allowed to say.

Does it work in my customers' languages?

Yes. Visitors can ask in their own language and the assistant replies in it, using the same approved content — no separate setup or translated knowledge base required.

What happens if I hit my plan's capacity?

Nothing scary. Capacity is reserved and metered up front, so you're never billed surprise overages. If you're consistently near the ceiling, moving up a tier takes effect from your billing page.

How does billing work, and can I cancel?

Plans are monthly PayPal subscriptions — $50, $100, or $150 depending on capacity, with every feature on every plan. You can cancel the subscription at any time and keep access for the period you've already paid for.
